Matthew Korman is the Director of “The Korman Group” and the Assistant Branch Manager of the Franklin Square Office. He has worked in the East Meadow office as an agent and in Valley Stream Office as the Sales Manager.

Most of Matthew’s business comes from referrals of past clients and from other agents in our company. An agent from our West Side NYC office who referred a client said: “Thanks so much! Many of Matthew's corporate relocation clients work for: Pfizer, AIG, American Airlines, Travelers Insurance, Prudential, etc. In 2009, one of Matthew's most exciting transactions was selling a home to a New York Mets player.

Since achieving the prestigious Prudential Douglas Elliman Award of Rookie of the Year in 2004, he has been a consistent top producer, ranking #1 in his Office from 2004 -2008. Matthew has been recognized in "Avenue Magazine" as a Top 25 Agent at Prudential Douglas Elliman for the first half of 2009! In 2007, The Korman Group ranked #5 in our company on Long Island for homes sold! Matthew was a Chairman's Circle Gold Recipient in 2006 and 2007, which consists of the Top 3% of Agents Nationally. He has a diverse educational backround; receiving his MBA in business from Long Island University @ C.W. Post, Bachelors Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and an Associates Degree from New York Institute of Technology. Matthew is very involved in community organizations, including being the Vice President of the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce and on the board of directors of the Hicksville Kiwanis Club. He also volunteers his time with the local Boys and Girls Club. He was recently recognized in the March 27, 2007 issue of "Real Estate Weekly" in the article titled, "2007 Residential Rising Stars," being the only Long Island agent that was chosen.
